So I contacted them immediately and of course even after explaining how I didn't use the app at all, I was certain I cancelled the trial without receiving a confirmation email AND definitely would never agree to pay that much for some service in the first place. I know I cancelled it because after a few days I realized I wasn't using it enough and didn't want or need to continue the trial. In October of last year I got the Ultimate Guitar app and paid for the monthly trial for ****. Just like many other complaints I've read on here. Please help issuing the refund for something I didnt use or authorize. I was never notified of this double subscription charge, I didnt authorize it, how could I know about a timeframe? When I discovered it, both the apple website, phones and emails say no one can do anything about it. The second charge apparently is for their courses but I never did any course.I just got off the phone with Apple and they said I'm not able to get a refund because the window for refunds got closed. They said they were unable to get me a refund for the double yearly subscription charge I didnt authorize. After emailing with them multiple times they just kept sending me apple links to get a refund. The app has a few bugs like notifications that don't go away but it is still a good place to find song chords with their lyrics.This week I realized I was charged twice for the yearly subscription. I renew the yearly subscription each year. I have been using te ultimate guitar app for years now.
